Event: Archives Awareness Panel Series

As part of the BMRC’s current Strategic Plan, Community Engagement Archivist T Calvin is conducting an Archives Awareness Campaign. This Campaign includes our new Archives Awareness page, shared on our social media platforms as well. Today we are announcing two events to support this Campaign – our Archives Awareness Panel Series! This short series of two virtual panels featuring six Black Chicagoland archivists will provide an opportunity for them to share about their work in the field, what memory work means to them, and why legacy management is important.
