Scope and Contents note

Photographs from the scrapbooks of J. LeVelle Williams, a resident of Chicago (Ill.) and Willa Lou Samon (nee Williams), who was born in Omaha (Neb.). Includes a card photograph of Willa and Morris, and a formal portrait of Morris and Annie Williams. Also includes a studio portrait of a Willa Lou and a group portrait at the grave of Rev. L.K. Williams at Lincoln Cemetery. Some snapshots are identified. One snapshot show workers, including Junius Samon, in a railroad yard. Also includes a printed cartoon showing J. Samon in the last panel, and relating to the Santa Fe Railroad and the Chicago Car Works.
