2016 BMRC Fellow Naa Oyo A. Kwate will be conducting research at the National Museum of American History.

The Center for Black Music Research at Columbia College Chicago is proud to partner with Two Seven Eight Media to establish the Chicago Hip-Hop Archive.

The BMRC Member Institution will host a series of forums titled "Diversifying the Digital Historical Record: Integrating Community Archives in National Strategies for Access to Digital Cultural Heritage."
